| GENERAL
DESCRIPTION: |
Messmer’s Solid Color Stain is an oil-based, penetrating stain designed to provide excellent protection, hide and beauty while allowing the wood’s natural texture to show through. For use on wood surfaces such as siding, fences, railings, shakes and shingles, trim and fascia. |

| WOOD PREPARATION: | * All surfaces must be clean, dry and free
of all mold and mildew.
* Remove all surface contaminants with Messmer’s Wood and Deck Renewer and Brightener. Remove any mildew with a mixture of one part bleach to three parts water before applying product. * Allow wood to completely dry for at least 24 hours * Previous coatings must be removed or sufficiently weathered to allow for complete penetration of product. |

* Read all label directions before using
product
* Mix contents in the can thoroughly. Pour cans together (box them) to assure consistent color. Stir regularly during use. * May be applied with low pressure spray, brush or roller. * Thoroughly stain ends and edges of all boards * Product will dry in 24 hours, depending on temperature, type of wood and humidity. |
