Messmer's A&B Cleaner and Brightener Data Sheet

	MESSMER'S *WOOD & DECK* PART “A” CLEANER PART “B” BRIGHTENER
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:	MESSMER’S WOOD & DECK CLEANER (PART A) removes dirt and gray from wood, and prepares weathered wood for treating with MESSMER’S UV PLUS or MESSMER'S TIMBERFLEX. MESSMER’S WOOD & DECK BRIGHTENER (PART B) is used after cleaning with PART A to brighten wood without bleaching and to restore wood’s natural color.

PRODUCT APPLICATION:	PART A * Remove excess dirt and debris from surface * Mix 1/3 cup PART A with 1 gallon hot water, mix thoroughly. * Apply liberally to wood surface using garden sprayer, mop, or brush. * Allow it to soak on the wood for 10 to 15 minutes while keeping it wet. * Scrub the area with either a stiff brush or a push broom while area is wet. * Rinse thoroughly with a garden hose or pressure washer. * Repeat as necessary on severely weathered wood. * After application and rinse period, immediately flood surrounding plants or lawn with large amounts of water. PART B * Mix 1/3 cup PART B with 1 gallon hot water, mix thoroughly. * Apply to cleaned and rinsed wood with a generous and even coat. * Do not get on metal or apply directly to vegetation. * Allow 30 minutes for color restoration, then rinse with clean water. * After application and rinse period, immediately flood surrounding plants or lawn with large amounts of water. * Allow wood to thoroughly dry before applying UV PLUS or TIMBERFLEX.
COVERAGE:	Approx 125-200 square feet per gallon depending on wood condition and porosity.
FINISH:	Restores the clean, natural look of weathered and dirty wood.
